When you're looking for help for yourself or someone you love, the last thing you need is vague pricing. We believe you should know what treatment costs before you pick up the phone.

Our 28-day Tailored Retreat
IDR 346,000,000
Our core programme for addiction and mental health: 28 days of private, one-to-one treatment, with one client at a time. Longer stays of 60 or 90 days are often recommended for lasting change. Ask us for pricing, and we'll tailor a quote to your needs.
What's included
- Assessment before arrival and a treatment plan built around you
- Medically supervised detox and stabilisation where needed, by our psychiatrist, nurses and trained staff
- Daily one-to-one therapy: CBT, DBT, trauma-informed counselling and relapse prevention
- Psychiatric input from our psychiatrist, Dr I Gusti Rai (SpKJ), who makes all medication decisions
- 9D Breathwork, mindfulness, yoga and movement
- A private room for the length of your stay
- All meals from our on-site chef, with dietary needs catered for
- 24/7 support from our team
- Family sessions where they help
- Airport transfers, gym access and accompanied outings
- A written aftercare plan for your return home
What's not included
The price covers everything except:
- Flights to and from Bali
- Personal spending, such as shopping
You'll also need your own visa and travel insurance.
How to pay
- Self-funded: by bank transfer. A deposit secures your place, as set out in our deposit terms.
- Early release of superannuation: many Australians fund treatment through their super. See Using your super for rehab.
- Family funding: many families pay for a loved one's treatment. We're happy to talk it through with you.
Private health insurance: some international health insurance policies cover residential treatment overseas, but many don't. Check with your insurer before you book, and we'll provide the documents they ask for.
Is it worth it?
Untreated addiction and mental illness cost a lot in ways that never show up on an invoice: lost work, damaged health, strained relationships. A month of focused care won't fix everything, but the skills and the plan you leave with keep working long after you've gone home.
Why HRB is different
- One client at a time, or one couple, so every hour of your programme is about you.
- A qualified, international clinical team, including Nev Doidge, Wayan Eka (Bimbim) and David Elsey, many with lived experience.
- No hidden extras for core treatment.
- Real aftercare, plus our separate 4-Week Outpatient Care Package in Bali for anyone who wants extra support before flying home.
