At Holistic Recovery Bali, our 4-week Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Coaching Program is designed to help you break free from negative patterns and create lasting change.
What is CBT?
CBT is a proven, science-based approach that helps you identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, then replace them with healthier, more empowering ones. It’s practical, focused, and results-driven.

About Holistic Recovery Bali
Holistic Recovery Bali is a private rehab and mental health centre in Bali, Indonesia. We work one client at a time, with an internationally qualified clinical team across counselling, addiction, and trauma. Programmes are personalised and run 28 to 60 days.
